Eligibility for Refund
Talent Collective LLC offers a 90-day money-back guarantee for all courses within "The Talent Development Academy®."
To qualify for a refund, customers must:
• Give the course a fair try for 90 days.
• Attend at least 3 coaching calls.
• Complete one full course.
If after meeting these criteria, you are not absolutely blown away by the value of the course, you are eligible for a refund.
Refund Request Process
Customers must contact the support team at members@talentcollective.org within 90 days of enrollment to request a refund.
Include the request for a refund and confirm participation in at least 3 coaching calls and completion of one course.
No additional proof or explanations are required; the request will be honored based on the guarantee terms.
Conditions and Limitations
Refunds will not be provided more than 90 days following the date of purchase.
After the 90-day period, all payments are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for full payment of the program fees.
Customers on a payment plan must complete all remaining payments if a refund is not requested within the 90-day period.
Refund Processing
Upon determining eligibility for a refund, the company will instruct its payment processor to issue the refund within 30 days.
The company cannot expedite the refund process.
Termination of Licenses
Receiving a refund terminates all licenses granted to use the course materials.
Customers must cease using and destroy all copies of the provided materials, including video recordings, audio recordings, forms, template documents, slide shows, membership areas, and other resources.
Discretionary Refunds
All refunds are discretionary as determined by Candice Mitchell, Founder and CEO of The Talent Collective LLC.
No refunds will be provided after the 90th day from the date of purchase.
Payments must be made on time, and late payments are subject to interest at a rate of 1.5% per month or the highest rate allowed by law, whichever is greater.

Coursework: The materials, assignments and coaching sessions completed by the customer as part of any course within "The Talent Development Academy®."
Desired Result: Demonstrable application of the course strategies in the customer’s professional environment, including but not limited to improved
skills, enhanced knowledge, and practical implementation of course content.
