With nearly two decades of experience building and leading capability functions inside global and Fortune 500 organizations, she founded Talent Collective, a premium capability-building firm for L&D, HR, Change, and People leaders in high-growth companies. She created the Talent Development Academy, a 12-month membership program accredited by ATD, SHRM, and HRCI, and leads an expert Advisory Council of senior practitioners including Dr. Nigel Paine, Julie Dirksen, Chris Taylor, and Dr. Markus Bernhardt. She holds an MSc in Organisational Leadership and Strategic Innovation and Change from the University of Denver and is the host of the Development Nerds podcast.
